By purchasing products or services from Hightide Home Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following

terms.

Services & Products

Hightide Home Designs is a design center providing interior design services and facilitating the purchase of home

improvement products, including but not limited to tile, cabinets, and related materials. Many products are custom or

special-order items sourced from third-party manufacturers.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Zoho Payments and its supported payment processors. By submitting

payment information, you authorize us to charge the approved amount, including deposits, balances, taxes, and fees.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Orders & Client Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all product selections, quantities, colors, finishes, and

specifications before an order is placed. Once an order is submitted to a supplier or manufacturer, it cannot be

changed, canceled, or refunded.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, layouts, and materials provided by Hightide Home Designs remain our intellectual property

unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hightide Home Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential

damages, including delays or issues caused by manufacturers or suppliers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Product Orders (Tile, Cabinets, and Materials)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once a product has been ordered.

Because products are custom or special-order, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after an order is placed,

regardless of delivery status or installation timing.

Design Services

Design service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Any unused design time is forfeited upon cancellation.

Order Changes

Changes may only be made before an order is submitted to a supplier. Additional costs may apply.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and will be disputed using signed

approvals, invoices, and order confirmations.

Privacy Policy

Hightide Home Designs respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and

communications. Payment information is processed securely by Zoho Payments. We do not store full credit card or

bank account details.

How We Use Information

Your information is used to process payments and orders, coordinate product purchases and deliveries, communicate

about selections and order status, and comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with Zoho Payments, product suppliers, shipping

providers, and legal authorities when required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information; however, no system is completely secure.

Your Rights

Florida and U.S. residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
